The Friday Baking Experiment continued last week, but it’s not worth talking too much about. I made Snickerdoodles, they were fantastic, and we ate them. It’s definitely going to be my go-to recipe for Snickerdoodles, since they were so chewy with a great balance of cinnamon and sugar.
So far I haven’t gained any weight by baking every Friday, but it’s probably just a matter of time. This week I’m planning to make bread pudding, again from the Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook.
